What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Manager position at Southgate Grill?
This job is a front of house and back of house dual restaurant management job. The hours are from 10am - 5pm or 4pm - 12am, 4pm - 2am weekends. Doubles are offered. You will be trained on every single station in the restaurant. Once training is complete, receiving a salary is an option. This position requires some experience, but we will train you to do anything you haven't already experienced. Duties will include:
- Foodrunning
- Bussing
- Hosting
- Expediting
- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Deposits
- Typing Specials
- Checking out staff kitchen & front of house to make sure duties are complete
- Customer satisfaction
- Menu & Ingredient knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
