SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES Serve as the principal risk leader for service delivery to support compliance, risk identification/assessments, establish KRI/KPI measurement systems, develop risk mitigation programs, and promote the overall ownership and awareness as it relates to first line risk. This position will also provide oversight of all first line risk positions for service delivery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS This position will serve to take a proactive approach to first line risk management, to include: * Oversight of first line risk positions for the Service Delivery Division. * Work with all risk and audit areas to coordinate audits within Service Delivery. * Assist in the remediation of any current or future audit, compliance, or regulatory findings to ensure a complete and sustainable solution to prevent future repeat findings. * Review processes and systems to identify risks associated with them and coordinate a risk assessment to determine the effectiveness of current controls and identify any new controls needed. * Work alongside Service Delivery managers when implementing new services or new products to ensure risk is adequately addressed, as well as act as risk support on updates to current systems and processes. * Develop relationships with Risk and Compliance partners to collaborate on effective risk management practices and initiatives. * Work alongside Service Delivery managers to manage Risk Register items ensuring controls are tracked and mitigation plans are monitored. * Manage, track, and develop risk reporting to include audit findings, outstanding compliance issues and requirements, self-identified issues, NACHA, third party risk assessments, and other regulatory findings or other risk related requirements to ensure timely and complete responses. As part of this reporting, a full set of Key Risk Indicators should be defined with resulting action plans. * Stay abreast of industry trends and changing regulations. * Work closely with Model Risk Management to ensure periodic reviews are performed for identified Models. * Support continuous improvement activities. * Execute tasks within defined requirements, assignments, or project plans and report on operational efficiencies and cost savings as they apply. * Communicate project or assignment status and ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options, and recommendations for prompt resolution. * Prioritize and mange own workload to deliver quality results and meet timelines. Ensure quality and accuracy of data is a priority. * Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues and points of interest. * Identify and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of all operational processes. * Continuously enhance expertise in own area and keep current with new trends and regulatory changes which may affect documentation or processes.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
