Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager to add to our team of professionals. This position will provide overall project management for innovative start up programs to include oversight of data collection and program evaluation.

*Note: This position allows for some work from home capability with some office hour requirements, as well as, the ability to work a flexible schedule.
WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Collect interview data from clients engaged in agency-wide quality evaluation.
- Supervise and oversee data collection and client based evaluation protocols to be used in assessment of programs.
- Use EHR, Business intelligence (BI) and Excel to compile quality data into reports and graphs that can be analyzed to improve the quality of client care.
- Conduct meetings and trainings to management and staff on proper data collection methods needed for projects.
- Manage tracking, recordkeeping, monitoring and analysis needed for all project-related activities.
- Maintain calendar of required reporting and proposal deadlines. Collaborate with staff involved in proposal and report preparation to ensure project deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Manage and maintain organizational information in portals as required by funding sources
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS?
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in health and human fields, statistics, mathematics or computer science. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum two years’ experience in data analysis related activities; experience in SQL and Excel or other BI report development preferred.
3. Experience in working with SAMHSA’s Performance Accountability and Reporting System (SPARS) preferred.
4. Advanced Microsoft Office suite competencies are required.
5. Must have good communication and organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
