JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager collaborates with internal marketing and business leaders to make ideas come to life. This position will assist with planning, executing and tracking marketing and product engagement campaigns. The Marketing Manager analyzes performance metrics and shares insights to provide high impact in the marketplace and to customers. This position collaborates with internal resources and gathers requirements from stakeholders to deliver creative assets with excellence. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and provides excellent customer service to team members and customers while demonstrating the company values and supporting the mission.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership in all creative areas
- Support print and digital advertising, paid media, email marketing, website management, content development, and marketing collateral
- Utilize copywriting skills to create compelling marketing messaging across website, email marketing, social media, etc.
- Ensure that media and collateral pieces are consistently branded
- Work with internal and external marketing resources to achieve annual and quarterly goals
- Implement campaigns, messages, and content that optimize business strategies through social, digital, email, and events
- Build marketing automations, create email journeys, and optimize CRM systems to reach business goals
- Build relationships with necessary business partners and vendors
- Optimize and report on campaign successes and provide insights based on the findings
- Responsible for creating, designing, and editing marketing pieces
- Analyze target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches
- Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on market research
- Assist with managing the marketing operating budget and processing invoices
- Assist with general marketing operations tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- 5 years of professional marketing experience including 2 years in digital marketing
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience building email campaigns and managing social media accounts
- Experience with Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong copywriting skills geared towards digital marketing platforms
- Capable of thinking strategically, while able to manage multiple hands-on tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively work in collaboration with others such as designers, developers, other marketers, etc. to achieve business objectives
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks
- Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
