The Lab Director is responsible for the development, implementation, and provision of diagnostic laboratory services (inpatient, outpatient, and reference work) in accordance with the policies of the hospital and the directives of the Administration and Medical Staff. He/She is responsible for the administration and management of the department resources for the maximum benefit of the hospital. You will also perform clinical duties according to the departmental policy. He/She should also be able to provide advanced clinical expertise and education to departmental staff members. Qualifications
Requirements:
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Nationally Recognized Certification
Education: Baccalaureate degree in Medical Technology or related science
Experience: Perfered Minimum 5 years general laboratory experience as a Medical Technologist and 3 years experience as a Manager/Supervisor in clinical Laboratory
