Program Assistant – Community Wellness
The Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action Program (SWCAP) has an immediate opening for a Program Assistant in our Community Wellness group of programs and services.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. The position is based in SWCAP’s Program Offices in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. The starting pay rate is $16.25 to $18.30 per hour depending on your qualifications.
The Employment Services Program Assistant provides administrative and logistical support for the programs making up SWCAP’s Community Wellness Group which are currently: The Behavioral Health Partnership, FarmWell Wisconsin, and the Opportunity House sober living facility. While the Program Assistant is not a service provider, the position may be called upon to interact with program clients periodically. Daily activities may vary. Common duties would include facilitating communication between program participants and program staff, collecting client data, creating and updating program schedules, assisting with the planning and managing of program events, and managing program social media accounts.
