The Work You’ll Do:

The Consulting Operations Analyst will work closely with the Unclaimed Property Consulting, Professional Services, Managed Services, Sales, and Finance teams to provide on-going support and maintenance of the systems, processes and data utilized by the Consulting team. The Consulting Operations Analyst will also provide administrative support to ensure timely delivery of premium reporting deliverables.

More specifically you will:

• Support the Consulting team by creating of Statements of Work (SOWs) needed on monthly basis to issue client invoices
• Create projects in Cloud Coach for new Clients and additional Service Requests related to existing Clients to enable Consulting to accurately manage their projects
• Facilitate the production of records needed to generate month-end invoices
• Provide accurate monthly billing data to Finance
• Provide direct user support on Cloud Coach
• Aid with Consulting support/training, creating, and maintaining documentation, accommodating ad-hoc user requests, and developing management dashboard reporting
• Implement and enforce processes and tools that will maintain integrity and accuracy of Cloud Coach data
• Prepare accurate utilization and billing data for upper management on a weekly/monthly basis
• Maintain reporting tools and manage ad-hoc reporting requests for the Consulting, PS, and Finance departments
• Work with Finance and Consulting to ensure effective use and adoption of Cloud Coach solution for time tracking, capacity planning, and invoicing
• Provide cross-functional support and assist management on projects as needed
• Act as a liaison with other departments by understanding the Consulting model and ensuring the integrity of information available through various system and reporting structures
• Manage on-going Cloud Coach usability and efficiency training as needed
• Manage historical systems, including Replicon, to ensure a smooth transition to Sovos platforms.
• Reconcile invoices prepared via Cloud Coach with those generated by Replicon/Great Plains to verify consistency of data reflects
• Work with Finance to identify and record invoiced amounts issued on behalf of Premium Reporting clients
• Track and record ancillary fees that need to be added to Replicon and Cloud Coach for inclusion on monthly invoices
• Track and record client credits that need to be reflected on monthly invoices
• Perform activities needed to distribute client deliverables to states and related parties for annual compliance efforts
• Track and monitor existing contracts to identify those that are approaching expiration date; Work with Legal to update contracts so projects can continue uninterrupted.
• Track and monitor budgets established by client contracts to ensure that notification is provided to clients in a timely manner to expand/continue work efforts
• Take full responsibility for ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction

What we need from you:

• Salesforce and Cloud Coach experience, required
• Strong analytic and quantitative skills; ability to determine trends and propose solutions
• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products with extensive Microsoft Excel experience
• Project management and training experience, preferred
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with facilitating and leading classroom and live web-cast delivery
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
• Self-motivated willingness to learn and self-teach
• International travel and off-business hours may be required to service locations outside the US and to meet client and state deliverable deadlines
• Due to federal contracts with clients of ours – successful candidates will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire
