What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman position at SoW Plated?
SOW Plated is looking for a handy man to help with odds and ends maintenance to keep our building fresh and clean.
Various tasks include:
Equipment maintenance/repair
Wall patching, tile repair, touch up painting, etc.
Plumbing (re-running pipes, snaking lines, etc.)
Various cleaning projects (power washing patio, steam cleaning carpets, vent dusting)
On-call only, 2 hrs per week normally. Very flexible schedule (whenever works for you, early mornings, late nights, middle of the day, etc.) Tasks are assigned and then you plan on when you can come in accomplish them.
Must have own tools, will be reimbursed for any hardware, supplies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
Experience:
- Handyman: 3 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: In person
Salary : $25 - $50
