Responsibilities:

• Perform various carpentry and construction tasks, including but not limited to wood and steel stud framing, installing windows and doors, and interior and exterior finishing.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
• Drywall/Taping/Painting
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, sanders, and routers, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Install fixtures and hardware, such as cabinets, countertops, and trim work.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC and building equipment
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter; MUST have at least 5 years experience in carpentry.
• Must know how to frame wood and steel construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction plans.
• Excellent mathematical skills and the ability to accurately measure and calculate dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
