Cricket Wireless Store Manager #168

Spacetel seeks Store Managers that are highly self motivated and self disciplined to perform all aspects of the role. Expectations one must possess include being able to submit to limited travel (to ensure business needs are met; such as making deposits or making supply runs); being able to take directives and ensure the tasks are completed timely is an absolute must; be a self starter; and hold a strong customer service attitude.

Summary and Scope of Position:

Store Managers at Spacetel, Authorized dealer for Cricket Wireless, run all aspects of the Cricket Authorized business and maximize company profits while providing inspirational leadership, guidance and strategic planning by performing, however not limited to;

• Must adhere to all SOPs and Policies and Procedures of Spacetel LLC.

• Financial Management-including safekeeping of monies and devices by following all Policies and Procedures including ensuring company assets are locked in a safe at all times, unless being actively used;

• Ensuring proper time management of self and subordinates, including timely verifications and responses to time reports such as late login and late store opening reports;

• Business Operations-ensuring deposits are made according to schedules and performing duties as directed;

• Day to day store location Operations, must follow all SOPs, training guides and one on one training from Corporate Office and the Sales Managers;

• Retention, ensuring a positive comfortable work environment for Sales Advocates to grow and learn; Marketing-setting new trends to drive customers in;

• Inventory Management, ensuring all inventory is secured and accounted for;

• Employee Training/Development, for both new and vetted employees;

• Engage in service selling and product knowledge to provide a world class customer experience to their team and the wireless community;

• And Providing Positive Customer Service; always remember what Cricket stands for #STSA/Something to Smile About: You are expected to always provide a customer experience that gives every customer #STSA.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year proven retail (wireless cell phone retail preferred) sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)

• Minimum of one year experience managing against financial goals, budgeting, forecasting and managing results

• Minimum of one year experience in selecting, managing and developing employees (proven leadership and retention skills)

• Accountable to ensure all B2B sales are completed as requested (actively prospecting small business customers results in incremental increase in sales)

• Energy and initiative to generate sales while simultaneously inspiring and training subordinates to do the same

Preferred Qualifications:

• At minimum three years of retail experience in sales or customer service (prior wireless cell phone company experience highly sought)

• At least 18 and with a high school diploma or GED, associates degree and above desired

• Sales experience in a quota driven environment preferred

• Proficient use of PC software (MS Office preferred) and point of sale system
