About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NDE Auditor to join our team. As an NDE Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our suppliers' products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to identify and resolve systematic problems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand RCCA, manage containments, and drive efficiency of screening, quarantine, and closures
- Recommend changes to supplier status based on surveillance results
- Interact with engineering and technicians for 3rd party clarifications
- Engage with production management, engineering, quality, and subject matter experts to gather technical information
- Develop policies, standards, processes, and documentation to ensure continued success
- Proctor exams and conduct training modules for production personnel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or Level III certification in an advanced NDE method
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Level III certification in RT and ET or combination of Level III and Level II certifications
- 5 years of experience as a technical trainer
- Ability to quickly grasp knowledge of a diverse range of supplier capabilities
- Practical experience in requirement and specification development
- Ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of aerospace NDE applications
