Job Role:
- Create knowledge-based documentation, user manual creation, technical writing skills
- maintain a schedule for preventative maintenance while understanding the utilization needs of the company, checking performance and functionality of all systems including controls.
- Set up, operate, and tear down of audio/video equipment in live events
- Work closely with executive staff members to support high-level meetings and events.
- Accurately Maintain audio/video equipment inventory.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Exceptional customer service and Audio-Visual troubleshooting skills
- 2 years' experience in the AV industry in a support or installer role
- Proficiency in Video Conferencing Software, Windows & Mac OS
- Solution-focused while thriving in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
- Basic networking skills including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- A keen eye for detail and self-starter
- good verbal and written communication skills
- High level of physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment
Contract length: 12 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
