Salesforce Technical Solutions Consultant-Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting & Solution Design: Be the primary interface communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather & document project requirements, and develop solutions that align with customer needs
• Project Leadership: Take ownership of projects, ensure that quality work is completed, fully tested, delivered on time and on budget, and exceeds customer expectations
• Customer Success: Ensure satisfaction and create referenceable customers, expanding our trust and long term relationship with clients

Required Experience:

• 7 years of experience in software development life cycle including lead roles
• 4 year experience in implementing solutions on the Salesforce.com platform
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite and the Force.com Platform
• Minimum of 2 Salesforce certifications
• Experience with large/complex Salesforce.com projects
• Experience communicating and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, defining roadmaps and business requirements, managing scope, writing user stories, and detailed system/functional design
• Experience with agile development methodologies and scrum practices
• Experience defining system landscape, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive recommendations & solutions with successful outcomes
• Experience with ERP integrations, middleware tools and BI/Analytics solutions
• Strong leadership skills with good oral and written communication, decision making and problem solving skills
