AI/Machine Learning Engineer

Location: 100% remote

Key Skills:

• Must have strong architecture and design experience including at least (3) years of experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS that use AI/ML
• 5 years of experience focusing on AI/ML development projects, DevSecOps, and Technical Architecture
• Experience with AI/ML tools such as MXNet, Keras, MS Cognitive Services, OpenCV, SciKit-Learn and/or Tensorflow
• Object-Oriented programming knowledge
• Knowledge of CI/CD frameworks such as Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, Cloudformation, etc

Responsibilities

• Serve as AI/ML Engineer – will be responsible for the development and technical architecture of production enterprise applications that are hosted in an AWS environment
• Software development with Java, JavaScript, and various scripting languages
• Design data models and web APIs and creation of software tasks from system requirements
• Perform requirements analysis, design, development, unit, and integration testing of software, troubleshooting and debugging of the system
• Immediate responsibilities will include enhancing and maintaining the existing system as well as design, development, and documentation of new features
• Usage of Atlassian Tools for day to day tasks within the Scrum process
• Implement web services, data persistence access features and external interfaces
• Partner closely with front-end and database engineers to ensure features are developed holistically
• Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience
• Must have strong architecture and design experience including at least (3) years of experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS that use AI/ML
• Experience in large-scale, high performance enterprise big data application deployment and solutions architecture in AWS
• 5 years of experience focusing on AI/ML development projects, DevSecOps, and Technical Architecture
• Experience with AI/ML tools such as MXNet, Keras, MS Cognitive Services, OpenCV, SciKit-Learn and/or Tensorflow
• Experience with Java, Spring, JavaScript, AngularJS, and/or Swift preferred
• Experience designing and building web application environments on AWS including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ELB, ECS, EKS etc.
• Experience with CI/CD frameworks (ie. Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Demonstrated understanding of IT management, administration, applications and system development lifecycles within a substantial IT environment.
