Rapidly growing studio seeks a dynamic individual who is well-rounded, responsible, skilled, and possesses excellent communications skills to co-manage multiple accounts resulting in work that surpasses our client's expectations. This is a long term position with opportunities to grow with our team, so finding the right fit is critical. The compensation is hourly for 37.5 hours per week. The position reports to senior management and works in conjunction with a team of strategists, client representatives, designers, and vendors to complete projects and assignments. Work is performed in our studio in Collingswood, NJ, just outside Philadelphia, PA.

The position reports to senior management and works in conjunction with a team of strategists, client representatives, designers, and vendors to complete projects and assignments. Work is performed in our studio in Collingswood, NJ, just outside Philadelphia, PA.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Managing client relationships and project workflow for multiple accounts
- Embracing and understanding the culture of each client to better server their needs
- Daily communication with clients and internal project teams
- Ensure that projects and assignments stay on track and keep clients updated
- Updates to client contact reports and creative briefs
- Content updates as needed to print and digital media
- Direct supervision and contribution to client web, social media, video, and creative projects
- Occasional presentation assistance and research
- Coordination with outside vendors and media partners
- Some local travel and off-site meetings
- Other duties as assigned
- BA or BS degree in a related field
- 2 years (3 preferred) related work experience in an advertising or marketing agency (or comparible in-house department)
- Strong interest in advertising, branding, and strategy
- Experience with print, digital, video, paid media, and social media preferred
- Expert proofreading skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite applications
- Comfortability with Apple computers and operating systems
- Effective communicator and listener with excellent written and verbal skills
- Detail and deadline-oriented individual who can shift-gears easily while staying on track
- Confident, independent, self-starter who is eager to learn
- Works well in a team environment has a supportive attitude
- Understands how to create potential for themselves, the agency, and its clients
