We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Youth Fitness to play a crucial role in shaping and leading our youth fitness department into becoming one of the strongest in the North Shore. This position calls for an experienced and organized leader with the ability to set long-term goals and develop strategic plans for in-house youth programs. Strong attention to detail is a must to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively, while being meticulous in planning, execution, and follow-up of program activities.

Program Development and Management Responsibilities:
- Take initial assessment of current programs and design and deliver high quality innovative ideas and approaches that enhance each program effectiveness.
- Responsible for all coaches that partake in youth programs, not only as the point of contact but also as an effective leader and training them properly on class expectations.
- Responsible for the creative promotion and marketing of youth fitness programs including website updates, social media posts, and email promotions throughout each season.
- Collaborate with Junior Tennis coordinators/managers to capitalize on youth involvement across the board at Spark Fitness and other locations.
- Responsible for strategic planning of Summer/Fall/Winter/Spring youth schedule, staffing, and reserved location space and all other details.
- Responsible for hiring and training all youth coaches.
- Responsible for managing youth fitness class registrations, class rosters, and attendance, etc.
- Responsible for developing and overseeing youth fitness class programming for all ages.
- Responsible for developing relationships with local sports organizations to create potential partnerships and spread word about internal programs.
- Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Uses data and feedback to assess program success and make necessary adjustments.
- Responsible for all billing and setting and hitting quarterly revenue goals
- Responsible for the marketing and management of youth birthday party pipeline and growth.
- Responsible for strategic planning and execution for summer programs
- Responsible for coaching 10-16 hours weekly on the floor with youth programs or within Spark fitness classes
Will report directly to the Director of Fitness and Owners

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
