Sparkl was founded in June 2016 after mom of 3 boys, Lisa Souter, got tired of driving around in a filthy car. She decided to take the inconvenience out of planning a trip to the car wash by bringing the car wash directly to the customer. With Sparkl you can clean vehicles in an eco-friendly and waterless manner, at the customer location. Since then, Sparkl has grown across the United States with continued expansion plans.

As part of Sparkl’s growth strategy, we are looking for a Market Leader in the Chicago region. The Lead Technician / Supervisor is responsible for performing washes and details throughout the assigned market and servicing new customers as Sparkl expands. He/She is also responsible for managing and training a team of technicians. Our team members are committed to exceptional quality, customer service, and communication to deliver on our promise of a “clean car wherever you are.”

Car Wash Auto Detailer Job Requirements

• Wash and/or detail vehicles according to Sparkl standards
• Enjoy delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain regular communication with team members, customer service team and management
• Bring an enthusiastic, positive attitude every day
• Monitor inventory using Sparkl processes and tools
• Address customer service issues and escalations, as needed

Car Wash Auto Detailer Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Clean background check
• Previous car wash/detailing experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, team-building attitude
• Desire to be part of a team
• Ability to work independently
• Have a professional reference

Pay: Starting at $17 per hour with the opportunity for regular raises. Also includes 100% of your tips and benefits
