Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, 100% commission-based position, ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to take on the challenge of finding new accounts for our company. The role involves a combination of cold calling and footwork to identify and secure new clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door visits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
Present and promote our cleaning services to prospective customers. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of the cleaning industry is a plus, but not required.
