Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our house cleaning services and amplify our brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitors, adapting marketing tactics to stay ahead.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, impactful social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Develop compelling content for marketing materials, websites, blogs, and social media platforms to captivate and inform potential clients.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Sales:
- Draft and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into satisfied clients, and surpass sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations, skillfully negotiate contracts, and secure deals by highlighting the unique value of our house cleaning services.
Recruiting:
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract and onboard highly skilled cleaning professionals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, and recruiting roles, preferably in the house cleaning industry or a related field.
