Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with a global association seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team. This is a hybrid position, 3 days/week onsite. If you are interested in learning more about Sparks Group and the opportunity, please submit your resume today.
Responsibilities:
Answer/resolve helpdesk requests in person and via phone as well as hardware and software issues- Deliver/setup PCs on the network, supported software, and components
- Assign, administer, and configure network user and email accounts
- Support audio-visual during meetings at HQ during regular business hours as well as after-hours/weekends when required
- Help end users with mobile devices and access to company resources
- Maintain task status and document resolutions in tracking system as well as with users
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory records
- Provide training on computer and network operation, policies, and procedures during orientation
Qualifications/Background Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Computer Science preferred- 2 years of service/help desk tech experience
- Experience with Microsoft and Active Directory based technologies
- Knowledge of Windows 10, O365, and Windows Server (2012 and higher)
- Strong customer service skills

Certifications: CompTIA A , Network , or Security preferred
