Job Summary/Company: Our client, a national law firm, is looking for a diligent Office Assistant to support front desk and clerical functions within its’ Baltimore office. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow with a professional organization, this could be the opportunity for you!

Vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Greets and announces all visitors to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answers all calls promptly and courteously.
  • Forwards all calls to voicemail for the appropriate recipient.
  • Responsible for scheduling visitor offices for personnel from other offices.
  • Coordinates maintenance calls via the Landlord’s portal for building maintenance requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested such as occasional mailings entering billable time in the time and billing system, and proofread documents.
  • Checks the conference room scheduling program for meetings scheduled throughout the day to stay on top of expected visitors.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years front desk experience and a minimum of 2-3 years working in a professional business environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as being highly organized.
