Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a worldwide leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of well-known home improvement and building products. The company is actively searching for a Recruiter to support its operations in Mooresville, NC. Expected Schedule:
Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00 PM
Hybrid – Work from Home & the office located in Mooresville NC
Responsibilities:
- Post Jobs to internal and external job boards
- Utilize databases, social media, and applicant tracking system to source and recruit candidates
- Assess candidate’s qualifications for position requirements through phone interviews.
- Manage schedules for in-person and virtual interviews
- Screen candidates resumes for relevant skills and qualifications
- Administer candidate assessments
- Lead meetings with HR and Hiring Managers concerning active searches and calibration discussions
- Develop and update job postings
- Partner with external recruiting agencies
- Complete post-offer onboarding process; including drafting and sending offer letter, initiating background checks and drug screens, and hiring candidates
- Build a candidate pipeline for key roles
- Support Human Resource functions and projects as needed
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree preferred- Two or more years of full lifecycle recruiting required
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems required
- Proven track record in developing and deploying recruiting strategies for hard to fill roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requires superior interpersonal abilities. This individual must have the ability to get along with diverse personalities, while being tactful, mature, and flexible
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple demands, identify/solve problems creatively, and follow-through on commitments
- Resiliency and flexibility to multitask in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong Knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and procedures
- Experience recruiting for warehouse/manufacturing positions preferred
- Workday experience preferred
