Responsibilities:
- Manage the issuance and receipt of new and used computer equipment shipped to / from client, including asset tagging and IMAC requests, as appropriate
- Inventory user-based computer equipment, both deployed and available for deployment
- Prepare equipment to be shipped (i.e. clean, image, laptop setup and peripherals)
- Manage day-to-day requests from end-users to fulfill laptop and peripheral computing needs and IMAC’s, as necessary
- Replace/install RMA’d components provided by vendors, as needed
- Coordinate with managers to retrieve terminated employee equipment and close out corresponding tickets
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years supporting operations and/or IT
- Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Business training desired
- Previous customer-centric experience
- Familiar with warehouse, logistics and shipping environment
- Experience with ticket tracking systems (i.e. Remedy, Service Now, Heat
- IAITAM and/or ITIL certification is a plus
