Electrical Automation Manager

Manage a team via:

• Design, development, and test new or improved products by identifying the components required to perform the processes necessary to meet quality and production objectives.
• Research and evaluate software and hardware to assist in programming or to use in programming platforms.
• Design and code screen layouts, graphical user interfaces, printed outputs, and interfaces with other systems.
• Create test production environments and run tests to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.
• Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and logical systems
• Provide troubleshooting support and technical assistance for internal and external customers.
• Analyze and estimate feasibility, costs, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs as required.
• Provide written cost estimations to internal customers.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s ISO quality standards to be in compliance with ISO Registration.
• Perform other related responsibilities as needed and as assigned.

What you’ll need: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering

• Three (3) years of experience with product development or design experience in electrical/electronic/software-controlled devices.
• Experience in preparing engineering documentation.

How to Stand Out:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Experience programming on a variety of platforms, such as PLCs.
• Experience with electrical engineering CAD programs (i.e. AutoCAD electrical)

Experience using hand tools and lab instruments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
