Responsibilities
Brand Ambassador, to enhance the Spartan Brand and always represent Spartan positively. Serve as a liaison to clients and effectively resolve conflicts and manage client expectation.
Expand existing marketing routes by prospecting for leads and generating new business in the Richmond market.
Thorough documentation of all communications (i.e., calls, visits, texts, etc.)
Focus on customer service and relationship building
Coordinate meetings, lunches, and presentations to educate on company/industry news
Support annual charity efforts and other community service initiatives
Create monthly sales reports
Meet/exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications
Preferred 3 years in insurance claims or construction sales. (not required)
Strong organizational, oral, and written communication and customer service skills
Strong closing skills and account management experience, with proven track record
Committed to a high standard of integrity and work ethic
High level of attention to detail and customer service oriented
Ability to organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
Valid Driver's License Required
