Spartan Firearms is looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties. Knowledge of Firearms is a must. Applicants will not be considered if they do not have gun knowledge. Applicant must be available to work some Saturdays. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards. This job is paid hourly, no commission options.
Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
-Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
-Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions.
-Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of all areas of the store.
-Actively seek out customers in store.
-Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
-Keeping the store clean and organized.
-Ability to sell classes and other packages offered by Spartan Firearms.
Employee Discount available after 6 months. Vacation time starts accruing after 1 year of employment.
