Position Summary:
To effectively supervise all functions and activities of the skilled department to achieve sales and profit goals established for the department; to ensure that the work shift contributes to the financial best interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Experience:
Relevant experience preferred, Proficiency developed through work experience and on the job training
Responsibilities:
• Limited supervision
• Works within a range of processes and procedures
• Informal resources for less relevant experienced team members
