Office Manager is seeking a personable, part-time Office Clerk to assist with daily tasks. Flexible, part-time schedule 2-3 days per week - possible opportunity for this position to turn full time. Must be comfortable in a small office setting. Previous experience in a construction office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phones & scheduling service calls.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into our dispatch software program.
  • Updating paperwork & maintaining documents.
  • Pulling permits & scheduling inspections.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.

Skills

  • Proven experience as office clerk or in a customer service position within the construction industry.
  • Scheduling experience.
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Google platforms.
  • Excellent phone demeanor & communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to follow tasks through to completion.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
