Office Manager is seeking a personable, part-time Office Clerk to assist with daily tasks. Flexible, part-time schedule 2-3 days per week - possible opportunity for this position to turn full time. Must be comfortable in a small office setting. Previous experience in a construction office setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones & scheduling service calls.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into our dispatch software program.
- Updating paperwork & maintaining documents.
- Pulling permits & scheduling inspections.
- Perform other office duties as assigned.
Skills
- Proven experience as office clerk or in a customer service position within the construction industry.
- Scheduling experience.
- Working knowledge of office devices and processes.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google platforms.
- Excellent phone demeanor & communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proven ability to follow tasks through to completion.
Job Type: Part-time
