The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, benefits and HR administrations, worker’s compensation, onboarding, talent management, employment law compliance and overall experience performing HR-related duties. With our large amount of growth, we are growing out of our current office space. This role will start off in our Janesville corporate office and then relocate along with our office to Stoughton in the fall.

Essential Duties:
- Demonstrates actions consistent with company culture in all interactions, acts as cultural ambassador for all team members
- Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all team members
- Full cycle recruitment
- Executes employee status changes through HRIS technology
- Support HR infrastructure
- Manages recruiting and talent acquisition
- Responsible for overall development and retention of current team members
- Manage and resolve employee relations, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Interpret HR policies, procedures, laws, standards to assist team members
- Oversee onboarding and termination process
- Backs up/supports payroll as needed
- Administrative support for executive team
Preferred Skills and Education:
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field preferred
- Strong employee relations experience and demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate judgment and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge and ability to apply Federal, State, and local employment laws
- Meticulous and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with sensitive information
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Experience in property management or professional services a plus

Salary : $48,900 - $61,900
