At Spaulding Group we empower our Property Managers to act as business leaders responsible for providing direct management oversight for our portfolios while providing 5-Star customer service to everyone you come in contact with. You will also be responsible for providing direction and leadership to your maintenance and leasing team.
This portfolio is part of a brand-new market-rate acquisition with a small but very quickly growing company.
The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of the property.
Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, resident relations, supporting the maintenance staff and leasing staff, accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.

Requirements:
- RealPage: 1 year (Preferred)
- Property Management: 2 years (Required)
