Job Requirements
- OSHA 500 certification along with a minimum of 10 years in the construction industry is required.
- Shall have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to teach and instruct in both a classroom and field setting concerning best safety practices and techniques.
- Proficient skills in the use of technology including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel throughout New Mexico and stay overnight as required to support Spear-D work efforts.
- Have a clean driving record to be able to drive company vehicles.
- Be able to meet security and badging requirements to enter highly regulated areas such as SNL, Los Alamos, Kirkland AFB and educational and governmental facilities.
- Approximate 60-40 split between field and office duties which will fluctuate depending on the time of year and work activities in the field.
