Special Event Proz is a fast growing, full scale event design and production company in the Los Angeles area. We are experiencing rapid growth as the pandemic slows down, and are looking for staff who are excited to work events and match our clients' energy. While event sales experience is required, we will train you to be an expert of our systems and technology.
Currently, we are looking for experienced Event Sales people for our special
events including weddings, bar-mitzvahs, birthday parties, and corporate events.
*** AT LEAST 1 YEAR IN THE EVENTS WORLD IS REQUIRED
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients, businesses, venues, hotels, to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Schedule online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings with clients through email, phone.
- Set and review the client meeting calendar for the sales team.
- Coordinating with the sales teams and taking charge of client outreach initiatives.
- Drafting marketing materials such as templates for email campaigns
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting on sales team data and email campaigns.
- Providing regular reports on sales team data.
- Compile data as needed for Sales Team to reflect and react to client needs.
- Assist in implementing sales strategies for the Sales team.
- Responding to sales queries via phone and email.
- Create a schedule for clients to receive promotional emails on a regular basis.
- Maintain client databases.
- Researching organizations/competitors and individuals for new business opportunities.
- Create and maintain sales routes, drop off schedules and make territory adjustments.
- Planning itinerary for the sales team.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product and follow up with the client is not using the software to plan the event or alert Planner to step in.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
