Job Posting for Patient Support Specialist at Specialist Office

Busy medical specialty practice seeking an energized, enthusiastic individual with call center experience in the healthcare field. The primary responsibility of this position is to support our growing practice by answering calls in an efficient manner; scheduling appointments with great attention to detail and updating patient’s demographic information accurately. This position will be cross-trained to provide coverage at our front desk as well as insurance verifications and authorizations.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two years experience in a medical environment
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • EClinicalWorks experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
