Position Summary
Performs a number of different and important responsibilities in the Pre-hanging/Pre-finishing operation including material receiving, material & product movement, product shipping and production support responsibilities

Computer Skills: Experience using computer and handheld scanning gun

OSHA Forklift certification

Performs a number of different and important responsibilities in the Pre-hanging/Pre-finishing operation including material receiving, material & product movement, product shipping and production support responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Receive, audit, inspect, ID and put away incoming material to proper locations
- Maintain housekeeping and organization in warehouse and other material location area
- Maintain correct inventories by moving materials in computer when physically moving materials
- Assists assigning production areas when not moving materials
- Ensure the product and or materials meet quality expectations
- Notify supervisor of improvement opportunities
- Support area needs to remove empty pallets, trash and recycle type materials
- Clean all parts and pieces using sandpaper, acetone on a cloth rag, or using air hose to blow off dust in tough to reach areas to ensure parts and pieces are ready to be painted
- Service the pre-finish line with needed material components (loading paint carts with frame parts and door's)
- Assist pre-finish line area with removal of completed product to go to build prep and or stretch-wrap machine
- Stage completed and stretched wrapped door products into shipping staging lanes by loads
- Load trucks with finished door products per direction of Production Manager
- Responsible for adhering to forklift, operational, quality and safety guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
