Vincent Team Orthodontics is looking for a new Financial Coordinator.
Duties include:
· Verify insurance benefits, bill insurances.
· Monitors patient contract receivables, including insurance payments, to maximize cash flow and practice profitability.
· Track each patient financially through orthodontic treatment.
· Performs delinquent account collection activities.
· Runs and tracks reports
· Works hard to achieve goals for the office
· Assist in administrative team covering telephones, greeting patients, and scheduling patients.

Requirements
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
· At least 1 year of insurance experience is required (orthodontics preferred) and applicant must:
· be self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
· possess great understanding of dental insurance and insurance processing
· have excellent communication and telephone skills
· work well with patients and team
· be experienced in delivering high-level customer service
