SCHEDULE, PAY AND BENEFITS

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Overtime and weekends may be required at times.

Pay Range: Competitive hourly wage.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LABORER

In this full-time role, you will assist with loading material and equipment in preparation for jobs. You will work to maintain a clean and organized shop and yard. As a laborer, you will assist other staff members as needed. You will also drive to pick up and deliver parts and materials to the shop and job sites. Because of the nature of this job, you will need to be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions as well as in a construction environment that can be dirty and noisy.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude to work with our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined, have a strong work ethic, and a basic knowledge of carpentry and construction tools, techniques and procedures. Along with those qualities, the following are requirements of the job.

• Mechanically inclined with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use power and hand tools.
• Previous job experience preferred.
• Valid state driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in a heavy construction facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee and Team Members without proper safety precautions. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. Team Members will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
