NOTICE: SpecialtyRx is seeking Account Manager located between the surrounding areas of Pensacola, FL & Mobile, AL.
The Account Manager will be servicing and overseeing the relationship with our long term care facilities and assisted living communities in the surrounding areas of Pensacola, FL & Mobile, AL. Under general supervision of the Account Executive Manager, in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws.
An Account Manager must have a good understanding of the solution to provide adequate support and maintain long-term relationships. Along with demonstrating excellent customer service performance and consistence with SpecialtyRx mission and values.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities.
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities.
- Ability to relate to client needs.
- Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues.
- Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation.
- Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired.
- Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- LPN Florida or Alabama License preferred.
- Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of health care procedures.
- Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information.
- Driven and motivated problem-solver.
- Ability to work independently and team player.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Willing to drive long distances in the State of Florida.
