Pay
- $20-23/hour
- Depending on experience
Essential Job Duties:
- Invoice processing: including data entry and importing
- Respond to vendors in a timely and professional manner
- Partnering internationally and nationally with vendors
- Processing of intercompany transfers
- Three-way matching
- Filing invoices
Required Skills:
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the logistics and manufacturing industry
- Experience with international invoices and transactions
- NetSuite experience preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
