Title: CX Program Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months (possibility of extension)
Minimum Pay Rate: $57/hr on W2

We are in search of a dedicated and experienced CX Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play an instrumental role in enhancing our customer experience projects, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. A strong understanding of project management, an instinctual grasp of user needs, and a passion for clear communication are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operationalize Project Intake: Develop, refine, and manage the project intake process, ensuring a smooth transition from ideation to execution.
2. Technical Sizing with IT: Collaborate closely with the IT team to determine technical feasibility and sizing for incoming projects.
3. Budget Oversight: Ensure that all projects are executed within the predefined budget, making proactive adjustments as necessary.
4. User Panel Development: Design and lead a User Panel initiative to proactively gather feedback and recognize user needs, reinforcing a user-centric approach.
5. KPIs and Business Objectives Collaboration: Work in tandem with the product manager to identify and set KPIs and Objectives & Results (OR) for business cases.
6. Program KPI Tracking: Regularly monitor, report on, and introduce program-level KPIs, ensuring they evolve with business needs.
7. Promote KPI Awareness: Create a strong organizational awareness around program-level KPIs, emphasizing their significance in improving product adoption.

Musts:
* Experience developing project estimates and sizing
* Background working in highly cross functional environment
* Strong presentation skills
* Understand KPIs and how they're built

Preferred:
* Previous Program Manager

* Proven experience in developing project estimates and sizing.
* Solid background in working within a highly cross-functional environment, bridging the gap between different teams.
* Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
