Job Description
- Prioritize Past due accounts to be worked
- Set a work plan and manage daily/weekly/monthly deliverables independently that result in driving down past due balances
- Frequent account reviews and analysis, customer outreach, sales outreach, collaboration meetings and payment research
- Push out proactive customer communication and respond to inbound customer and sales inquiries daily
- Send out customer statements, past due notices, and send internal account corrections as needed
- Identify barriers preventing customers form paying on time, coordinating resolution discussions and helping to guide customer through solving and breaking down the barriers to timely payment
- Strong analytical skills, ability to review large data sets, see patterns and efficiently tie related transactions together
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly and concisely relay information
- Ability to problem solve, see beyond the symptoms and identify root causes
- Ability to work independently in a self-managed environment where the goals and outcomes are defined but the daily tasks to deliver those outcomes are at the at associate’s discretion
- Basic windows and Microsoft software skills are required
- Education: 4 year degree or 2 years business related work experience
- Strong analytical skills, ability to review large data sets, see patterns and efficiently tie related transactions together
- Moderate to advanced excel skills including pivot tables creation and reformatting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly and concisely relay information CRM experience, AS400/mainframe ideal but previous business management system experience related to billing, accounting, or sales would be ideal
- Education: Math, Science, Finance, accounting, marketing, or other related business field.
