Job Description:
• 3-6 years Pharmaceutical Agency experience OR 4-8 years professional experience with comparable skill sets.
• Purpose Statement:
• The project manager participates in the development and supervises the implementation of complex projects. This role manages projects within defined budgets and deadlines and oversees Strategic Communications program trafficking, client reporting activities and manages databases. This role ensures client satisfaction through quality work, demonstrating the value of our partnership and services, and responsiveness to meet their business objectives.
• Major Responsibilities:
• Develop and/or implement effective communications and meeting and event projects, including status agendas and recaps, booth schedules, kick-off meeting decks, and booth assets.
• Work with colleagues and clients for such projects; develop and/or supervise the development of all associated collateral materials and logistics.
• Interface with marketing, compliance and legal personnel, as well as colleagues in Regulatory and medical, to accomplish project objectives.
• Develop and/or supervise program trafficking systems, client reporting mechanisms, and communications databases. Examples of such activities include but are not limited to: maintaining current client account information; creating, tracking and archiving projects; reviewing monthly billing reports and preparing client tactical calendars and internal billing statistics; preparing client conference reports and other correspondence necessary for successful project communications; preparing and maintaining client program metrics; creating and maintaining database system(s) to archive reference materials.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-6 years’ pharmaceutical advertising agency experience, proven track record of successful client service OR 4-8 years professional experience with comparable skill sets.

**Occasional OT may be needed, but average need is standard 40 hour work week
