Behavior Analyst
Academy360 Upper School, a program of Spectrum360, is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our program. For more than 50 years, Spectrum360 has been developing the academic, social, behavioral, communication, life, and career skills of children, adolescents, and young adults with autism and related disabilities. Specific responsibilities will include developing and implementing positive behavior supports for assigned caseloads, conducting assessments, training staff on implementing behavioral strategies, consulting with families and caregivers, and working collaboratively with professional staff.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field and have current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA
OR
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field and have current certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCaBA
Knowledge of behavioral interventions formulated through functional assessment
Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated knowledge of data collection and written format for students’ individual behavior plans
Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
