Job Description
Spectrum Insurance Group is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Onalaska office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will support our team by working with the account manager, preparing proposals, answering incoming phone calls, greeting and directing insurance office visitors, handling change requests & endorsements and maintaining our agency management system with current information. This position is in our commercial lines department.
The ideal candidate would have a Property & Casualty License and 1-3 years of commercial experience; however, Spectrum is willing to train the right candidate!

Responsibilities
Completing applications in coordination with Agent, Account Executive or Account Manager.
Preparing proposals and renewal summaries.
Maintaining agency management system with up-to-date data.
Answering incoming phone calls.
Handling processing and suspense of new business, renewals, cancellations and endorsement requests.
Preparing certificates, binders, surety bonds and general correspondence
Performing duties as they are assigned from account managers and agents.
Requirements
Property & Casualty License and 1-3 years of commercial lines experience preferred
Friendly and warm to current/potential clients in the office
Detail-oriented and organized with time management
