Compensation
- $75,000-$90,000 including bonuses; based on experience
Day to Day at Spectrum of Hope as a BCBA:
- Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
- Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
- Design caregiver training plans and implement with parents/caregivers of individuals with Autism
Who You Are
- Current BCBA certification and behavior analyst license in Texas
- Looking to make a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families
