What you will do:
- Be an impactful partner of Sales and Finance teams by recommending actions based on data analyses and interpretation, to include comparative analyses.
- Drive process improvements through review and recommendation of industry practices, to include the creation of standard and ad hoc reports and tools for management review.
- Improve financial growth by monitoring and conducting capital and investment analyses using an in-depth understanding of discounted payback period, internal rate of return (IRR) and discounted cash flow (DCF).
- Provide effective decision support through the evaluation of pricing and terms for large multi-site business opportunities, project-related analysis and presentations.
- Evaluate the financial and operational performance of new business opportunities by working closely with other functional groups across the organization.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
- Five years of financial analysis experience.
- Proven experience in an analytical role with the ability to develop and implement complex financial models using fluency in Excel formulas and functions.
- High regard for ethics and integrity with a desire to succeed.
- Track record of being flexible and embracing change as a business evolves.
- History of working independently and with a team to meet critical deadlines.
- Interpersonal skills that can explain finance and accounting related topics to a non-finance audience.
- Highly motivated with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Previous experience using Salesforce.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization, to include over the phone.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
- Experienced in building financial models and using VBA.
- Familiar with SQL and Tableau.
- Previous consulting or process improvement experience.
Your education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in business administration (preferred).

The pay for this position has a salary range of $59,300.00 to $94,700.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
