BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a National Field Support Agent, you’ll support Spectrum Field Technicians, helping them troubleshoot service problems at customer locations.
You’ll be at the hub of our dynamic workload management infrastructure acting as traffic controllers for our Field Technicians, enabling efficient and timely service.
You’ll also use your interpersonal and customer service skills to interface directly with customers to resolve their issues.
