As a Regional Operations Analyst, your focus is gathering data from various systems/sources to perform operational and performance analysis, trending, forecasting, and business impact. You’ll review data programs and initiatives that support and enhance the Company´s commitment to customers. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting each other as well as Spectrum!
WHAT OUR REGIONAL OPERATIONS ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
- Using analysis and trending to identify opportunities and threats
- Investigating and performing complex root cause analysis
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to develop process improvements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Quantitative or operational analysis: 3 years
- Education: Bachelor´s degree in Business, Statistics, Math, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience
- Technical Skills: Ability to analyze key performance indicators/metrics
- Skills: Ability to prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively
- Schedule: Some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to effectively present complex data to cross functional audiences
- Proficiency in data analysis and report creation
- Knowledge of cable television products and services
- Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx
