Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various technical systems and equipment in the field. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of their systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test technical systems and equipment at client sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system functionality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the support team to diagnose complex problems and escalate as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
• Provide technical training and support to clients as needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Field Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of technical systems, such as networking, telecommunications, or security systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment when necessary.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $600.00 - $1,500.00 per week
