Analyst, Sales Support & Research

Job Location: Corporate Indianapolis The Analyst – Media Sales Support & Consumer Research position will focus on multiple responsibilities within SBV Media Operations. The position will reside within the Business Development Department and provide primary support to deal makers in analyzing consumer research in support of deal making. The qualified candidate will also support the digital network ensuring timely placement of advertising and through sales support of assigned dealmakers. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Consumer Research Support: • Work with provided resources and analyze specific statistics regarding digital advertising placement • Utilize analytics with the ability to formulate a factual answer to question posed by deal makers in presentation format to be provided to client to assist in dealmaking • Ability to work with dealmakers to accurately convey information to clients • Continually analyze data to ensure accurate and timely reporting of data • In the absence of provided data, be able to research accurately and effectively to offer a factual solution Digital Advertising: • Utilizing media support tools to accurately schedule advertising on the Simon Digital Network • Ability to manage tasks through timely and accurate posting of paid digital advertising • Proactively assist in scheduling of in house branding provided in timely and accurate manner Sales support: • Execute the workflow process for the Media Team to support a national sales organization • Support the entire “media” lifecycle including: sourcing; proposing; mock ups; contracting; providing creative specs. • Communicate with agencies, production vendors, mall teams, and deal makers. • Monitor on mall collateral shipping and notify deal makers and center personnel on the production and shipping status for upcoming advertising campaigns / sold media. • Handle installation and removal alerts, digital board scheduling, competitive reports, Proof of Performance photos, and invoices   MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field • 3 years relevant experience, preferably in media inventory, research and sales support • Strong communication skills • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent business and industry understanding • Ability to manage multiple projects and set appropriate priorities • Proven leadership capabilities • strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills • Strong team building skills in fast paced environment • Analytical and process oriented • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment • Salesforce experience a plus
