Position Responsibilities
. Ability to follow safe forklift driving rules and regulations
. Operate forklift to assist in the movement and organization of the inventory
. Must be able to fill out required paperwork on a daily basis
. Ability to work in a changing environment
. Must be able to prioritize and coordinate work activities in an efficient manner
. Ability to enter and back out of tight spaces without damaging product or surroundings
. Must be willing and able to support and assist maintenance personnel in various repair and installation work
. Must be able to work in other departments and do other tasks as needed
Position Requirements
. Ability to drive forklifts with past experience
. Must be able to recognize safety hazards
. Understand and follow instructions
. Must have basic math skills
. Ability to express ideas clearly in written and/or oral communication with team members to complete various duties and responsibilities.
. Ability to work outdoors/indoors, in hot/cold, noisy, and dusty environments
. Ability to routinely lift and stack 55 /- pound bags and boxes
. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
. Must be able to fill out required paperwork on a daily basis, good verbal and written communication skills
. Ability to learn at a fast pace and keep up with any and all changes that occur in the plant
Physical Requirements
. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds routinely
. Must be able to stand and work for prolonged periods
. Must be able to twist/turn, push/pull, squat, and reach above shoulder frequently while working
. Must be able to occasionally work from heights while wearing a safety harness
